The Panomogeneiaki Open Meeting was held this Thursday to cut the New Year Pie and discuss several Parade issues.
The Meeting was honored by the presence of the Greek Golden Olympic Athlete Mr. Ioannis Melissanides and the Council General of Greece in New York Mr. Konstantinos Koutras.
Father Nektarios Papazafeiropoulos prayed and cut the New Year Pie.
Professor of Sociology, Dr. Nicos Alexiou from Queens College of New York spoke about the 1821 Greek Independence Revolution.
The president of our Federation Mr. Timoleon Kakouros was present, the Vice President Mr. Nikos Bardis, as well as members of the Board of Directors, including Mrs Sophia Stroumbakis, Mrs. Nomiki Kastanas, Mrs. Spiridoula Tsoukalas, Vasileios Petratos, Spiros Pyrgiotis.
